SWCD Academy, Internship during school holidays

SWCD Academy represents SWU’s industry-university programs (internship) designed to enhance students’ competencies for employment opportunities, provide them with the correct mindset for the workplace, and help students understand and acquire the skills required for their desired field.

When: 2 months, summer/winter holidays

Preliminary session: Business etiquette, paperwork, information processing and communication with seniors in charge of different jobs

Hands-on experience: Hands-on job experience as interns at chosen companies during school holidays

On-site visit: The Employment Career Development Team visits the sites to check the work environment of interns and address any challenges
